Dr. Lindsey Migliore is a licensed medical doctor in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. She obtained her medical degree at NYITCOM and graduated in the top 5% of her class with Psi Sigma Alpha and Sigma Sigma Phi honors. 


She is a graduate of the Georgetown University National Rehabilitation Hospital residency program and served as the Resident Wellness Director, Director of Social Media and sat on the MedStar HealthCare Equality Task Force. During her time there, she created training programs in esports medicine and social media.

Dr. Migliore was appointed a Faculty Associate in the NYIT Center for Sports Medicine in August 2020 due to her contributions to the field of esports medicine. 


She has written articles to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Association of Academic Physiatrists, Journal of Women’s Health, Supernyx, KevinMD, and Georgetown Cura Conversations.

Dr. Migliore has worked with individual athletes, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional esports teams.

She has spoken at national gaming and medical conventions on the topic of esports medicine, including a PhyzTalk at the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2019 annual assembly titled "Esports Medicine: Fortnite, Flossing, and the Future of Physiatry". She has also spoken at Pax East, PaxOnline, GexCon, the GameGym, and GeekGirlCon.

Dr. Migliore has an extensive history producing and hosting content. She is the host of Open Ice, the National Women’s Hockey League’s official talk show. She also produces a weekly gaming health and wellness talk show on Twitch. 

She joined co-panelists Cam Akers and Derwin James of the NFL and host Jess Brohard to discuss Sports & Gaming at the July 2020 EDGE event, and participated in the Women of the eRena Fortnite Tournament in August 2020 hosted by eFuse and ESPN Esports.


Dr. Migliore is a staunch advocate for women and the LGBTQ population. She is a published author in the field of gender equity, and serves as the President of Queer Women of Esports. QWE is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to advocating for LGBTQ+ individuals in competitive gaming. 


She currently serves as a Take This Streaming Ambassador, PlayVS GameChanger, a consultant for UknightedXP, & Content Expert, Physician Planner, and Planning Committee member at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker School of Medicine.
